Ingredients
1 slice whole-wheat bread, cut into pieces
340ml salmon fillets, cut into smaller pieces
330ml prawns
2 onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh dill
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 beaten egg
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 large lettuce leaves

Method
Put the bread in a food processor until ground up finely and transfer to a large bowl.
Add the salmon, prawns, and pulse until ground up as well, add to the bowl with the breadcrumbs.
Add the onions, dill, mayonnaise, egg, salt, and pepper and stir well to combine.
With damp hands, form the mixture into 4 patties and chill for 10 minutes.
Heat your oil in a pan over medium heat and add the patties without moving them until golden brown underneath. This should take about 5 minutes.
Carefully flip them to cook on the other side and reduce your heat slightly for about 5 minutes.
Tuck your burgers into lettuce or on your bun and enjoy with a slice of lemon on the side.
