We use line and pole as our catching method to provide you with sustainable, and lovely fresh yellowfin tuna from our Atlantic waters.
As soon as the tuna is caught it is kept at a very cold temperature in the slurry and brought back to the harbour.
We then clean it up for you and vacuum pack it into either 1-1.2kg loins and deliver right to your door within 24-48 hours of catching it.

This is one of the best fish you can eat from the ocean, it is packed with nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, magnesium, iron, vitamin A, B6 and B12. Often it actually tastes better seared or raw.
This fish is also listed as green on the
SASSI list.
Instructions:
Your yellowfin tuna will arrive fresh and vacuum sealed in a box. Please store it immediately in your fridge and eat it within 5 days of receiving it. If you wish to freeze it at home, please do this on the day you receive it and use it within 3 months. Your yellowfin tuna may change colour after freezing from a light pink to light brown, this is normal.
