Our hake fillets are wild-caught and coated in a panko crumb, they make the perfect fish and chips. Hake can have a mild and sweet taste to it with a tender texture and small flake. These hake portions are packaged into 500g for your convenience.

Cooking instructions (cooking time may vary):

  1. The oven is set at 200 degrees for 15-20 min.
  2. Turn halfway through the cooking process.
  3. Remove from the oven when crispy and golden brown.
